Cancellation

Orders generally cannot be cancelled after successful payment because digital delivery may begin immediately. Once a payment has been successfully completed, the order is treated as a completed digital-product purchase.

Non-delivery or access problems

If you paid successfully but did not receive the ebook within 24 hours, contact support first. We will verify the transaction and, where reasonably possible, resend the ebook or correct the delivery/access issue.
